You may purchase our meat by the side (both front and hind quarters) or the quarter (front, hind, or "mixed"--a combination of front and hind quarter cuts). We also have bratwurst sausage and summer sausage available.

Kolkmeier Farms Natural Beef is cured for 21 days to maximize flavor and tenderness. All meat is cut to order, wrapped, and frozen, ready for your freezer.
