Meat may be purchased from Kolkmeier Farms Natural Beef by the side or by the front or hind quarter. We also offer mixed quarters, which include a combination of cuts from the front and hind quarter. (See our Cuts of Meat page for descriptions.)

Quantities:

A side averages 275 lbs. and will nearly fill a 12 cubic foot chest freezer.
A quarter averages 130 lbs.
